For the preparation of chocolate cake with strawberries and curd cream, we sift into a bowl of flour and cocoa. Then add the baking powder, sugar and soda. In a separate bowl, we break the eggs, whisk them with whisk and gradually pour in milk and vegetable oil. Thoroughly mix everything and gently add this mixture to the prepared dry mass. Stir until uniform, dilute the dough with boiling water and lightly beat. Separate the form we cover with thin parchment paper, pour out the dough and send it to the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Then reduce the temperature and bake the cake for another 50 minutes. We remove the finished cake from the mold, we cool it on the grate and cut it into 3 parts. After this, go to the preparation of cream: beat the cottage cheese with sour cream, pour sugar and bring the mass to a smooth creamy state. In the detachable form, first lay out the first biscuit, distribute the strawberries from above and pour it on the cream. Next, cover with a second biscuit, a little crush the palm, lay out the berry and cream. Now cover the remaining cake and, if desired, water the cake with strawberry chocolate glaze. We remove the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours, and then take off the ring and decorate the cake at your discretion.

Eggs are poured into the bowl of the blender and whisked until they increase in volume. Then pour the sugar gradually and pour the sifted flour. Knead the dough and pour it into a split form, covered with parchment. We light the oven in advance and heat it up to 180 degrees. We bake a biscuit for 25-30 minutes. After that, gently turn the shape upside down and extract the cake. We impregnate it with syrup and proceed to the preparation of the cream. Cream well whisked with sour cream, gradually pour in small portions of sugar and throw to taste vanillin. Please note that the cream must be cold.

Now, over the biscuit spread a thick cream and, as it should, level it with a spatula. We clean in the fridge and leave to freeze for about 3 hours. This time we thoroughly rinse the strawberries, remove the tails and spread the berry ostrenkoy part to the top, slightly pressing into the cream. Special jelly for the cake is bred, according to the instructions written on the package. You can also use ordinary jelly, but it should not be diluted as indicated in the instructions, and take a few times less water. After this, the resulting liquid jelly is poured a thin trickle onto the surface of the cake, so that it evenly spreads. We send the finished cake again to the refrigerator and leave it there until it is completely solidified. Next, with a sharp knife, carefully follow the edges of the mold and remove the ring. We cut the finished dessert into portions and invite the guests to tea.
