Creamy sausage with biscuits

Mix sugar with cocoa and a couple of egg yolks until you get a creamy mass without crystals. Melt the butter along with the chocolate chips, lightly cool, and then pour into the chocolate mixture. There also pour almonds and crumbs of biscuit biscuits. The finished mass will still be quite sticky and liquid to form into a sausage stick, and therefore previously it is placed in the freezer for literally 15 minutes.

Form the sausage with a sheet of food film, fix the edges and leave to cool in the freezer for an hour.

When the mixture boils, roll the chocolate into it and wait until it melts. Put in the sugar and cocoa. Chocolate base slightly cool and combine with a crumb of cookies and nuts. Spread the mixture from one edge of a foil or food film sheet, roll it into a sausage and let it seize in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Creamy sausage from biscuits with condensed milk

Ingredients:

Bitter black chocolate crumbled and put on a water bath. To melted chocolate pour condensed milk and achieve homogeneity of the mixture also, without removing it from the fire. Slightly cool the mixture and add to it a drop of flavored liquor and crumb of cookies. Cut a handful of your favorite nuts and send them after the cookies. The resulting mass put on the edge of parchment, a sheet of film or foil, sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll the sausage and leave to freeze in the cold for a couple of hours.
