Sweet chocolate sausage - a recipe familiar to many. Such a treat is prepared with the addition of cookies, nuts, condensed milk or candied fruit. A moderately sweet, time-tested recipe is a good addition to a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of compote. How to make the famous chocolate sausage, we will tell in this article.
The recipe for the Italian chocolate sausage "Salame di cioccolato"
- sugar - 250 g;
- almonds - 1 item;
- butter - 300 g;
- shortbread liver - 500 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- cocoa - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons.
We chop the cookies into small pieces (but not into crumbs), grind the nuts slightly in a blender and mix with the biscuits. In a water bath we sink the butter, add sugar powder, cocoa powder and beaten raw egg - keep the mixture on low heat for 3-5 minutes and our binding sausage cream is ready, it only remains to mix a mixture of cookies and nuts into it.
Now we turn to the sausage formation: when the mass cools down, we spread it on a piece of film and roll it into wet sausage, wrap it with film and send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Recipe for chocolate sausage with condensed milk
- cookies - 100 g;
- condensed milk - 60 g;
- peanuts roasted - 30 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- chocolate - 200 g;
- powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Chop the chocolate on a water bath. Cookies are ground into crumbs and mixed with soft butter. In the oily mass, add whole, peeled, roasted peanuts and melted chocolate, gradually add condensed milk. When the mass becomes uniform, we spread it on a foil sheet, roll it into the sausage and leave it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator or for 30 minutes in the freezer. When the home chocolate sausage stiffens, it can be rolled in cocoa or left in foil, cut into small portions. Chocolate sausage with condensed milk can be prepared using both a usual treat and boiled.
Chocolate sausage from cookies on milk
- chocolate biscuits - 500 g;
- melted chocolate or "Nutella" - 200 g;
- milk - ½ item;
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife;
- nuts - 50 g;
- marmalade - 50 g.
Chocolate cookies are crushed into crumbs together with any nuts. We fill the crumb with "Nutella" and add milk until a pasty consistency is obtained. Chocolate mass is served with a small amount of vanillin or vanilla extract and we add marmalade. We form the chocolate sausage, wrap it with a film and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preparation of chocolate sausages from white chocolate
- white chocolate - 200 g;
- granulated sugar - 100 g;
- Butter - 40 g;
- cookies - 100 g;
- pistachios - 50 g;
- candied fruits - 50 g;
- cherry cocktail - 30 g.
Chocolate we drown in a water bath, add sugar and a piece of butter. In a blender, grind the cookies and add it to the melted chocolate. The ready basis of our sausage is mixed with unsalted pistachios, candied fruits and slices of a cocktail cherry.
Also you can give vent to your fantasies and divide the mass into 2 parts: one mix with white chocolate and nuts, and the second with black chocolate and candied fruits. Both parts should be rolled into a sheet (sprinkled with powdered sugar), and then combine the two sheets by laying them on top of each other and rolling into sausage like a roll.
