To our immortal classics is our present recipe for chicken fillet with tomatoes. Of course, it will not be difficult to cook fried chicken fillet with tomatoes, but we will provide some less standard recipes.
Chicken fillet baked with tomatoes
Ingredients:
- cherry tomatoes - 750 g;
- olive oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- Provencal herbs - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- pepper - to taste;
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- shallots - 1 piece;
- red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh parsley (chopped) - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh tarragon (crushed) - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Tomatoes are mixed with olive oil and herbs, salt and pepper, carefully mix. A tablespoon of oil is heated in a frying pan and fry tomatoes not for about 15 minutes. Transfer the fried fruits into a bowl and pour with Worcestershire sauce .
Chicken fillet sprinkled with a tablespoon of salt and pepper to taste. We warm up in a frying pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat on it until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Frying pan is sent to the oven and we continue cooking at 180 degrees for another 8-10 minutes. Let the ready meat rest for 5 minutes.
The remaining tablespoon of oil is heated in a frying pan and fry it for about a minute. We pour the frying pan with a bite and return the tomatoes there. Fry another minute, salt and pepper. We serve sliced meat with tomatoes.
Recipe for stewed chicken with tomatoes
Ingredients:
- onions - 1 pc .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 1 head;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- tomatoes in its own juice - 2 cans;
- oregano - 2 teaspoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- bay leaf - 1 piece;
- chicken - 1 pc. (1.5 kg);
- dry red wine - 3/4 tbsp.
Preparation
We heat the oil in the brazier and fry the chicken on it until it rusty. We remove the chicken and cook onion, pepper and garlic for the allocated fat. Once the vegetables are soft, add wine, tomatoes, salt, pepper, bay leaf. Return the chicken to the vegetables as soon as the sauce thickens and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Chicken fillet with tomato can be served with pasta , and the remaining parts of the carcass as a separate dish.
