  6. Fold the fillet into a roll, chop it with wooden toothpicks or wrap it with a culinary thread.
  7. We put the foil in 2 layers, in the middle we put the pieces of the remaining oil and our roll. We connect the edges in such a way that the foil does not fit tightly to the roll.
  8. We send the roll for an hour in the oven. The temperature should be average, if you want to get a crust, 15 minutes before the cook, gently bend the top of the foil.
  9. Serve with lettuce and lemon slices.
