Now we collect the pie: sprinkle the surface for rolling the dough with flour. Put half the dough, roll out the size of the baking dish so that the test is enough for the skirts. We lay out the cooled mushrooms, pour the egg mass. Roll out the remaining dough. We close the stuffing. On the surface, make a few holes, so that the resulting steam comes out. The oven is heated to 220 degrees. On top of the pie lubricate the beaten egg. Bake about half an hour.

Pour sifted flour into a bowl, put the butter directly from the fridge and rub it all up to crumbs. We put the spices, add the yolk, sour cream and soda, which is extinguished with vinegar. We knead the dough, form a ball from it, wrap it with film and remove it into the cold. In small pieces shinkuem onions. In warmed vegetable oil, let's pass the onion. Pre-washed and peeled chanterelles boil in salted water. When the onions are slightly browned, put the mushrooms in the pan and bring them to light on medium heat. We put the sour cream, stir and stand for a couple of more minutes on the fire. Separately we beat eggs, podsalivaem and pepper. Three grated cheese and mixed with eggs. The resulting mass is connected with mushrooms.

Now the chilled dough is rolled out to fit the shape, taking into account the sides. We transfer it to the form, we spread the filling. Bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. When the open pie with chanterelles is a little cool, cut it into pieces and start to eat.

Gradually pour in ice water and knead the dough. We form a ball from it and remove it in the cold for half an hour. Mushrooms are dried. Onions are cleaned and cut into cubes. We also chop the peeled potatoes into small cubes. In the frying pan pour a little vegetable oil, put there chopped chicken fillet. Before the appearance of golden crust fry over medium heat. We boil potatoes until half cooked, and then we drain the water. Separately fry mushrooms and onions.
