Cover the empty second half and roll it out with a rolling pin. After that, cover with a film and remove it for half an hour in the refrigerator. Then roll the dough one more time, fold it three times, roll it out again and repeat the procedure 6 times. A ready-made puff pastry is slightly cooled and we proceed to the preparation of baking.

A little flour mixed with grated margarine on grater, add more flour and mix everything with light movements. Quickly knead the dough, collect it into a large briquette and divide into 3 parts. We put each in a cellophane bag and remove at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
