Bread diet - what sorts of bread should I use?

Wholegrain, black, rye bread for weight loss - which one to choose? The most effective whole-grain, which is not so easy to find. This bread has very special qualities - it affects the health of the whole gastrointestinal tract and regulates mood. In addition, one piece has only 35-45 calories.

The main thing that your diet should not contain is cakes, white bread, buns. But bread with bran for weight loss is very good and can even sometimes replace whole grains. Use different varieties in the diet so that the taste does not get bored.

Bread for weight loss: a daily diet
