Let's figure out how to make tuna in the oven. In a separate bowl, mix finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. We lubricate the tuna with the resulting mixture and lightly crumble in breadcrumbs. Lubricate the pan with oil, lay out the pieces of fish on it. On top, add olives without pits and capers. We pour, on a drop of olive oil and bake in the oven.

First we prepare marinade. To do this, finely chop the basil, pour it into the blender, throw the peeled garlic cloves into it. Gradually pour in the olive oil, mix until smooth. Add parmesan, salt and pepper to your liking. We pour one third of the resulting pesto sauce into a saucepan.

We cut finely the flesh of the cucumber and, adding it to the sauce-pan, put it in the refrigerator.

We rub the fish with soy sauce, and in a separate bowl we pour the remaining sauce. We put in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. We turn the fish from time to time.

After the necessary time, we take the fish out of the marinade, put it into a heated and oiled grate. We bake on high heat, from time to time turning over the fish and pouring it with marinade. After 15 minutes, we check the readiness of the tuna. It should be with golden hard crust on top and translucent, slightly damp inside.

We transfer the baked fish to a dish, cut into portions and from above pour over the pesto prepared earlier. To fish fillets or whole fish when turning on the grill did not crumble, use a wide blade or two narrow ones.
