Ingredients:
- pork smoked ribs - 1 kg;
- potato tubers - 960 g;
- eggplant - 400 g;

- carrots - 140 g;
- tomato paste - 190 g;
- sour cream - 220 g;

Preparation

- olive oil - 55 ml;
