Wait for it to boil, cool a bit, then add wine and put the melon pulp, cut into small pieces. Add a little citric acid, pour the compote over previously sterilized glass jars and roll them up.

Pies with melon and peaches

In the milk put melted butter, yeast, pre-soaked in a small amount of heated water, sugar, salt and beat the egg. After that, gradually add flour and knead medium dough. When it stops pestering, leave it in a warm place for about a couple of hours.

From the peach extract the bones, and with melons and feijoa remove peel. Melon and peach are cut into small pieces and mixed with feijoa, passed through a meat grinder. Mix well, pour sugar and orange peel, which is pre-rubbed with a medium grater. Place the filling for about 2-3 hours in a cool place.
