Cover the top with the remaining cream and take the dessert tiramisu in the refrigerator. Before serving, decorate the cocoa delicacy or grated milk chocolate.

Eggs are broken and carefully separated on different bowls of protein from the yolks. Then throw to the egg whites a little salt and whisk the mixer at the highest speed. After that, add fat cream and whisk until smooth. Next, in small portions, introduce the yolks rubbed with sugar, and mix. In a small bowl, pour coffee, pour it hot boiled water, mix and leave.

A tray with high sides is covered with foil and we begin to form a cake. To do this, take the cookies, put them into coffee for a few seconds and put it into the mold. When the first layer is completed, we smear it with the previously prepared cream and distribute the second row of cookies. Top with a cream and spread the third tier of savoyardi. Cover all the richly remaining cream and sprinkle tiramisu with dry sifted cocoa. After that, put the dessert in the refrigerator for impregnation for about 5 hours. Then we cut the delicacy into portions and serve it to the table with hot tea, fresh coffee, berry compote or juice.
