Next, add the swollen semolina, a little vanilla and pour the sifted flour with baking powder. All thoroughly mix and whisk a little.

Now, shift the resulting manna dough into a pre-greased baking dish and place it in a preheated 180 degree oven for thirty-five minutes. After the time has elapsed, we check the availability of the mannik on a dry wooden bead, and then put it on a dish, rub it with sugar powder and can serve.

How to cook a cake "Mannick" - recipe for sour cream

We put the sour cream into a bowl, pour in the sugar, manna, and beaten eggs in a separate container, mix everything carefully and leave for at least forty minutes, and preferably for an hour to swell the manga. After this, we put out baking soda with a small amount of table vinegar, add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix it.

We shift the resulting sour-cream dough into an oily baking dish, covering it for fidelity with parchment paper, and place it in a preheated 185-degree oven for thirty-thirty-five minutes. During baking, the oven door is not opened.

On readiness we give the manicure to cool, and then we rub out the sugar powder and can serve.
