For installation, you need steam and waterproofing materials, insulation, timber, dowel-nails, screws, corners, plywood sheets or chipboard, mounting foam.
If the base plate is in poor condition, you will need a plaster for cracking, a screed mixture, if you want to level the floor level. If the purchased bar does not give in to antiseptic effects, lacquer will be needed.
How to make a wooden floor on the balcony?
Before starting work, you need to clear the debris from the workplace.
- All the slots need to be sealed with mortar or foam.
- Note the location of the logs: from the wall - 5 cm, from each other - 40-50 cm. The distance between the brackets is 50 cm. Draw the line along the elevations. Make a note of where the joint of the plywood will be.
- Set the lag near the wall. The beam is fixed to the concrete base. We fix the brackets with dowel-nails.
- Near the brackets we lay basalt cotton wool 100 mm on the logs.

Since the distance to the wall is only 5 cm, on both sides the element can not be fixed, we fix the lag using two pairs of bolt with a nut.
