We place the meat piece on the foil half-folded and cut it as tightly as possible. We arrange the package on a baking sheet in a maximum heated oven for fifteen minutes. After a while, the temperature of the device is reduced to 175 degrees and we prepare the veal for another hour. After the signal, leave the meat in the foil for another fifteen minutes, after which we can cut into portions and serve to the table.

Ingredients:
- veal - 630 g;
- pork fat - 80 g;
- potatoes - 1,1 kg;
- fresh tomatoes - 215 g;
- carrots - 90 g;
- onion - 315 g;
- cloves of garlic - 2 pcs .;
- spicy cheese of solid grades - 165 g;
- sour cream of average fat content - 315 g;
- mustard - 15 g;
- sunflower oil without fragrance - 125 ml;
- Wheat flour - 15 g;
- dry herbs - 2 pinch;
- freshly ground pepper and salt - to taste.
Preparation
