Oven heat up to 180 degrees. In a bowl, put half the mustard, pour in the oil and mix well. In the legs from the two opposite sides, we make incisions right up to the bone. Solim, pepper and rub the remaining mustard. Two large sheets of foil grease with olive oil, put the shins and tightly wrap. We send them to the oven for an hour. After that, we take out, unfold and check the readiness - in the thickest place we make a deep incision. If clear juice is allocated, then the meat is ready. Otherwise, it should be put back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Peeled onions are cut into half rings. Cut apples and clean the core. We cut them into slices. In the frying pan, we heat the oil, fry it onions for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add apples, sugar and a pinch of salt with pepper. Stirring, we prepare 10 minutes. If there is not enough liquid, you can pour about 30 ml of water. After that, remove the frying pan from the fire and add a mixture of mustard and olive oil. We remove the prepared shins from the oven and let them lie in the foil for 10 minutes. Then we remove the foil, and the shins are fed to the table with apples.

Remove the gutted carcass and let it dry. From the outside and inside we rub with paprika, salt and pepper. Make small incisions and insert into them cloves of garlic. Lubricate the carcass with vegetable oil mixed with mustard. Thanks to this the bird will become fragrant and juicy. We give her a promarinate at least 6 hours in the cold. Then we put inside the leaves of rosemary and fruits, cut into slices. Stuffed bird wrapped in foil and put the breast down on the baking tray. At 200 degrees bake for about an hour, and then reduce the temperature to 170 and cook the bird for another 4 hours. Approximately half an hour before the end of the process, the foil is removed and baked turkey until red.

Spices are mixed with vegetable oil, add crushed garlic, salt, juice of 1 orange and half a lemon. It's good to stir it all. We rub the carcass with a prepared marinade. We clean in the cold for 12 hours.

While the bird is marinated, we prepare the filling: we clean the oranges from the peel and divide into segments. We peel apples from the skin and seeds and cut them too. We unite and mix everything, we get the fill with the mass of the abdomen. If something does not fit, put it on the baking sheet around the bird. We cook at 200 degrees for about 120 minutes.
