Sometimes there comes a moment of feeling utter helplessness and senselessness of existence. Perhaps, it is not surprising if the mother of three working mothers speaks about fatigue from life, but why then do successful people who are able to afford many things say this, including not working every day?

The fact is that, as a rule, it is not about the accumulated physical fatigue, although it, of course, contributes to a dejected state. Just once a person realizes that nothing pleases him and does not surprise him, he is mired in routine and monotony and is engaged in activities that are devoid of any meaning.

Why did it suddenly become so difficult to live?

Here you can start to talk about the ever-accelerating rhythm of life, the huge flow of information, inflated demands, constant employment and other manifestations of modern life. But you can cope with all this if you know why you are doing this.

Needless to say, a girl who goes every day to an unloved job and tolerates quibbling bosses, sooner or later will say "Everything. I'm tired, I do not want to live like this anymore. " But if she understands that this is the only way she can save money for a trip to India, which she has dreamed about since 10 years, the work will be easier.

Usually fatigue from life is felt by those people who are not quite sure that they live right. Perhaps, to live as they are now, their parents once taught, but they themselves want quite another. This means that you need to change something and look for your own meaning. Of course, fatigue from life can be associated with accumulated chronic fatigue, it is very difficult to enjoy something when the body is exhausted, but this is a serious physiological problem that needs to be solved under the supervision of a doctor.

  1. Do not allow physical fatigue - try not to work above the norm, rest for a sufficient amount of time, eat well, give up harmful habits, do not forget about reasonable physical activity and regular walks in the fresh air.
  2. Remember how you dreamed in your childhood and think about what you would really like now. Make dreams come true, more often please yourself with pleasant trifles.
  3. Find the meaning. The meaning of life can be found in various spheres, someone sees it in children and grandchildren, for someone it consists in self-development, someone needs new hobbies, etc. In any case, it's important to live for something, and not just for that, then it will not be so hard.
  4. Communicate with like-minded people. Find a favorite pastime and spend time with people who share your passion so you can learn something new and constantly improve. This is one of the most important conditions for self-actualization, which is a factor important for satisfaction with life in general.
  5. Change the point of view. Perhaps it will not be so easy, but a positive outlook on life really makes it easier to cope with difficulties and allows you to enjoy such trifles as an unusual cloud in the sky, a nice song on the radio or a delicious tea.
  6. But it is difficult to give concrete advice that will immediately achieve such changes. Sometimes they happen after long reflection, sometimes just one thought. Often to change the view of life pushed deep books or films that literally amazed us, or communication with people who leave a deep trace. The most important thing is that this happens at a time when you are ready for change.
