The Beloyar system

Great popularity in many countries enjoys the health system "Beloyar" , which allows you to restore your health. Such exercises are based on natural movements, so anyone can do them. The meaning of the "Beloyar" system lies in the fact that the usual movements affect the Central Nervous System, and it is already at the work of internal organs.

Stages of the Beloyar system

The "Beloyar" system is based on the Slavic style plus modern teachings of psychiatrists: Vygodsky, Sechenov, Bekhterev and Luria. Their work is based on the theory that every thought affects movement and vice versa. The system of rehabilitation "Beloyar" combines the complexes of exercises and psychological training, all of which can be divided into 3 stages.

Stage number 1 - Statics. During this stage, work is carried out on the skeleton, muscles, joints and internal organs. There are already examples of restoring the normal functioning of organs and getting rid of such diseases: allergies, diabetes, cardiovascular apparatus, genital organs, as well as scoliosis and various fractures.

Stage number 2 - Plastic. At this stage, you will develop your plastic, and engage in training that will help you achieve inner balance.

Stage number 3 - Dynamics. Here, all movements are reminiscent of martial art, which manifests itself in the Slavic gymnastics "Beloyar". In addition, at this stage, too, trainings are conducted, which help to consolidate the result.

Exercises Beloyar

If you do not have the desire and time to go for special training, then you can study at home, since there is a huge amount of teaching material. Now let's look at the exercises that are used in the Beloyar system.

Exercise number 1. Stand on all fours and lean on your hands. Now your task is to raise the pelvis upwards so that there is a right angle between the legs and the upper body. Try not to tear off the heels and hands from the floor. In this position, hold out, the maximum amount of time.

Exercise number 2. Now you need to tear off the heels from the floor in the same position, and put your knees so that the thighs are parallel to your hands. In this position, too, wait as long as you can.

Exercise number 3. You need to lie on your stomach, stretch your legs and arms and maximally stretch your spine. As a result, you will get a slight bend of your body. Hold on in this position for at least 10 seconds. The secret of this exercise - the maximum muscle tension makes it possible to increase the duration of the exercise.

Exercise 4. Lie on your back, find the emphasis on the lower back. Your task is to pull your hips to your chest and wrap them around your arms. In such a grouped posture, you need to roll backwards as many times as you can. Such exercises "Beloyar" will be an excellent prevention for many diseases of the spine.

Exercise number 5. The starting position is the same. Your task is to raise your legs so that between them and the body there are 90 degrees, and then, without tearing your lower back, pull your legs as much as possible.

Such exercises should be done according to their own strengths, that is, how many can and do. Over time, when you will be easy, you can increase the time of training. The "Beloyar" system has several contraindications: if you have an exacerbation of any disease, trauma, which can lead to bleeding, as well as with serious psychological disorders.
