- tomatoes, sun-dried in oil - 120 g;
- pasta - 300 g;
- olive oil or spicy oil with tomato - 35 ml;
- grated Parmesan - 1/2 cup;
- fresh basil greens - 3-5 branches;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Boil the pasta until ready. Finely shred the sun-dried tomatoes and chop the previously washed and dried greens of basil, add to the container with pasta. Then we pour olive or spicy butter from the dried tomatoes, throw the grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, mix and serve to the table.
Salad with dried tomatoes and chicken
- tomatoes sun-dried in oil - 200 g;
- boiled chicken fillet - 450 g;
- soft cheese or brynza - 200 g;
- roccola salad - 1 bunch;
- olives without pits - 100 g;
- olive oil;
- lemon juice;
- ground black pepper;
Boiled chicken breast cut into small cubes or straws. Finely shred jerky tomatoes, chopped olive rings, and cheese cut into cubes.
Mix the prepared ingredients and rukkola in a large bowl and season with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can also add a little spicy oil from a dried tomato, this will only improve the taste of the prepared dish.

- tomatoes sun-dried in oil - 120 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 550 g;
- baguette or white loaf - 1 piece;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- olive oil - 50 ml;
- Balsamic vinegar - 20 ml;
- fresh basil greens - 2-3 sprigs;
- mozzarella cheese or any other;
- salt - to taste.
We cut the dried and fresh tomatoes, finely chop the green basil and pre-peeled garlic, mix all the crushed ingredients, adding olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to taste and let it brew for ten minutes.
Baton or baguette sliced and dried them under the top grill in the oven for two minutes.
Now put the stuffing on the bread slices, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and stand in the oven for five minutes or until the cheese melts. We serve sandwiches to the table immediately hot.
