In this case, we will stuff not boats from courgettes, as in the previous recipe, but kegs. To do this, the squash fruit is washed and cut into three transverse parts. We also make slices at the base and tail of the vegetable. Now we scrape out the zucchini on one side, leaving the bottom, and lower the workpieces for five minutes into boiling, slightly salted water.

For the filling, fry in sunflower oil sliced ​​mushrooms with onions, add the minced meat and, if desired, grated celery and melenko sliced ​​Bulgarian pepper. We admit the contents of the frying pan, stirring, until the meat is ready and vegetables, seasoning in the end with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and spices to your taste.

Now make out the dish. At the bottom of each barrel we put on a slice of tomatoes, a little sour cream and on top stuffing with minced meat with mushrooms and vegetables. Then a little more sour cream, from above we cover with a slice of a tomato and we rub with grated cheese.
