Stewed zucchini with minced meat in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs .;
- minced meat (beef or pork-beef) - 300 g;
- salt;
- onion greens - 3-4 feathers;
- garlic denticles - 2-3 pcs .;
- pepper fragrant ground - pinch;
- cream - 1/3 cup;
- sunflower oil - 50 ml.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan and distribute uniformly minced meat on it. Fry it until a light brown crust is formed. Marrows my, cut off both sides of the tips. Cut zucchini into small brusochki. Garlic is cleaned and finely chopped. We put marrows and garlic in a frying pan. We add cream and salt. Mix the food, close the lid, make fire small and stew for about 20-25 minutes. Before the very end, sprinkle with fragrant pepper. Stirring. Served on the table, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
Courgettes stewed with minced meat in a multivark
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 pieces;
- minced meat - 400 g;
- vinegar - 25-30 ml;
- green coriander - 3-5 branches;
- tomato paste - 50 ml, or tomato sauce - 25 ml;
- sunflower oil - 50 ml;
- seasoning for vegetables or meat (optional) - 0,5 tsp.
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
- sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- water - 1 glass (180-200 ml).
Preparation
Squash, we release from the peduncle and the place of flowering, cut across to make circles 0.5-0.6 cm thick. My tomatoes and cut into circles, but thinner - 0.3-0.4 cm thick. Take the cup of the multivark, pour in her oil, lay a layer of courgettes. Next, we distribute minced meat, and after it - tomatoes. Then again zucchini, minced meat and tomatoes follow. We alternate these layers until these products run out. Each layer is slightly salted.
Mix the tomato paste with boiling water, vinegar, salt, sugar, cilantro, condiments and fill the sauce with products. We turn on the "Quenching" mode in the multivark and note the time of 1 hour.
Zucchini with minced meat stewed in sour cream
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 3 pieces;
- minced meat - 250 g;
- onion - 100-120 g;
- sunflower oil (needed for frying) - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- spices for meat - 1/3 tsp;
- garlic - a quarter of the head;
- sour cream - 100-125 ml;
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
Preparation
We send the minced meat to the pan with the oil already warmed. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring to evenly crust. Zucchini cut first in the plate, then on the strips and at the end on small cubes. Onions are prepared and cut into small cubes too. Garlic is cleaned, washed and crushed using a press. We send zucchini, onions, garlic to stuffing. Solim, season and pour sour cream. Stirring. Extinguish by making a small fire. It takes 20-25 minutes.
Recommendation. If the liquid has evaporated during this time, you can add a couple of spoons of water. However, often zucchini let the juice out, and no additional liquid is needed.
Stewed zucchini with minced meat in the oven
Ingredients:
- zucchini (zucchini) - 800-900 g;
- minced meat - 400 g;
- cream - 170-200 ml;
- cheese hard (Gouda, Edam or Cheddar) - 80-100 g;
- garlic - 3 slices;
- spices (pepper, turmeric) - 1/3 tsp.
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- mayonnaise sauce - 40 ml;
- Butter - 40-50 g.
Preparation
Prepare and cut the marrow into circles - a thickness within 1 cm. Take the form or the saucepan, grease with oil. We lay half of the vegetable marrows, we distribute the whole mince on them, finish with the second half of zucchini. On each layer, you can still put a small slice of butter. We mix cream with mayonnaise, salt, spices and chopped garlic. We pour zucchini with minced meat with this filling. We put in the oven. After 25-30 minutes we take out, sprinkle with grated cheese. Again, we send it to the oven. 5-7 minutes is enough for the appearance of a ruddy crust.
