Spaghetti is set to cook. Meanwhile, in a pan, fry the slices of bacon to a crispy texture, throw them on a napkin. In the remaining fat from the frying, add a tablespoon of olive oil and pass the onions and garlic until golden, afterwards put the cooked spaghetti and ham into the frying pan. Quickly we mix egg yolks and grated "Parmesan" into spaghetti, remove the dish from the fire, season and serve, decorating with greens.

Before you prepare spaghetti with ham, you must boil "al dente" in salted water.

In a frying pan with olive oil fry mushrooms with spices and herbs until soft, then add bits of bacon. In this roast we interpose ready-made spaghetti.

In a separate bowl, we sink the butter and fry the flour until golden brown. To the butter mass, pour the milk, salt, pepper and keep the sauce on the fire 7-10 minutes before thickening, stirring constantly.
