First, my meat (the recipe for meat cabbage allows the use of any kind of meat), cut it into pieces, pour cold water and bring it to a boil. Then we remove the formed foam, we put in the broth whole peeled onion and cook until the meat is ready. After that, the bulb is taken out and thrown away, we do not need it any more, she already gave all her taste qualities during cooking. Potatoes cut into small pieces, shred cabbage and put the vegetables in broth. Now we make roast: in a frying pan with vegetable oil, lightly fry the carrots, grated on a large grater, then add the chopped onion and the wiped tomato. When vegetables get golden color, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, mix and pour the roast into a saucepan. When all the ingredients are welded together, add salt to taste and quite a bit of citric acid (at the tip of the knife). That's all, our cabbage soup is ready.

If you do not eat meat for any reason, you can change this recipe and cook the soup without meat, on vegetable broth.

Chicken fillet boil in salted water until ready, then the meat is extracted and cut into cubes. Pepper and potatoes are cut into small pieces, tomatoes are diced, carrots are rubbed on a large grater, onion is cut into small cubes, and cabbage is shredded. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil, fry carrots with onions, then add the peppers and tomatoes, all together for about 5 minutes. In the boiling broth we spread the potatoes, cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, then add the roast and cook for another 10 minutes. After that, add the boiled chicken meat and boil for 3-4 minutes. Add crushed dill and black ground pepper to taste. As soon as the soup boiled, turn off the fire and serve the cabbage soup to the table with sour cream. Taking as a basis the recipe for chicken cabbage soup, you can safely replace chicken meat with beef, rabbit meat or even pork.

Dried white mushrooms boil until cooked in a meat broth, then grind them. Onion finely chopped, carrots rubbed on a grater and blown on vegetable oil, along with sauerkraut. Then add the tomato paste, sour cream and stew for another 5 minutes. Put boiled mushrooms and vegetables in the boiling broth, add the pepper, bay leaf and flour, previously diluted in 50 ml of broth. Boil all together for another 10 minutes. Before serving on the table in each plate, put a little chopped greens and sour cream.
