Preparation
We put the jamon on a dry frying pan and fry it until it crunches. As soon as it becomes brittle, cut it into large pieces. Swiss cheese is cut with thin plates using a vegetable cutter. We mix thin onions rings with arugula, chicory and cheese. From honey, lemon juice and butter we make a dressing and water it with a ready-made salad. Ingredients:
- broccoli - 1 piece;
- sugar peas - 100 g;
- green peas - 2/3 of the item;
- cucumber - 1/2 pieces;

- mix of salad - 150 g;
- parsley, mint - for 1 start;
- juice 2 lemons;
- Sunflower oil - 100 ml;
- Sunflower seeds - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- Feta cheese - 100 g.
Preparation

- shrimp - 600 g;
- celery - 2 stems;
- fresh spinach - 3 items;
- dried tomatoes - half a century;
- Avocado - 1/2 pcs .;
- peas - 70 g;
- red onion - 1/2 pcs .;
- sunflower oil - 1/4;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- honey - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation
Shrimp boil in salted water. Young spinach, mint, dill is washed with cold water and dried. Finely cut herring and dried tomatoes, add blanched green peas, avocado slices to them and combine everything with herbs. We complement the salad with thin rings of red onions and shrimps.
