Angel Diet

Angel's diet, or as it is called, an angelic diet? is designed for two weeks. Of these, 13 days you must adhere to the proposed menu of the Angel diet, and on the fourteenth you can eat any food, but in a limited number, that is, in no case eating.

During the diet can be reset from 7 to 8 kilograms, strictly adhering to the recommended menu. These figures may vary slightly, since the degree of weight loss depends on the individual characteristics of the organism and its initial state.

During the diet, it is recommended to drink mineral still water. It is forbidden to drink food, you can drink half an hour before meals, or one hour after a meal.
