We separate the chicken from the bones and place it in the bowl of the blender together with the potatoes. To make a puree, add a little broth. We transfer the received weight again in a pan with a broth and, stirring, we cook on small fire of minutes 10. From a pea we merge a liquid and we grind it a submersible blender. Mix flour with milk and whisk together with pea puree. We transfer it to the pan with soup and boil for about 5 minutes. Let's pass on the vegetable oil the crushed onions and carrots. Vegetable soup with chicken

In a frying pan, melt the butter, add olive oil and fry in the resulting mixture chopped onion for 5 minutes. After that, add crushed carrots and fry for 5 more minutes. We add potatoes, cut into cubes, broccoli and cauliflower into the broth. After 15 minutes, add the roast. With the help of a submerged blender we turn soup into a homogeneous puree.
