Salad with chicken and mushrooms

A festive table is usually decorated with salads. And the more of them, the better, more interesting and tastier. Some of the most popular are salads with chicken and mushrooms layers or without them, the recipes of which we will share.

"Glade" salad with pickled mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients:

Carrots are rubbed and fried. Chicken fillet, potatoes and eggs are cooked in separate saucepans. Potatoes and eggs are cleaned and rubbed, but 1 egg is laid off. Add the mayonnaise to the potatoes and mix. Marinated mushrooms and chicken finely chopped. Cream cheese after a 30-minute exposure in the freezer, grate.

We spread the first layer of potatoes. Then follow in turn mushrooms, egg whites, chicken, egg yolks, cheese, carrots. We layer each layer with mayonnaise, applying it in the form of a lattice.

From the deferred protein we cut flowers. Cherry tomatoes cut into halves and make of them ladybirds, adding eyes and dots on the wings of olives. We distribute the prepared ornament on the top of the lettuce - flowers and ladybugs. Between them lay out the leaves of parsley. Colorful salad is ready!

English salad with chicken and mushrooms

Chicken breast is boiled and cut into strips. Pineapples are crushed to cubes, if they are conserved by rings. If they are cut already, they are not touched. Eggs after cooking are cut into cubes. Mushrooms are divided into 2-4 parts.

We combine all the ingredients, including sour cream and mustard, and lay out on plates.

Salad Tale with chicken and fried mushrooms

We prepare the mushrooms: we clean out the darkened places, mine. We cut them along thin plates. Fry in oil, salt and cool. Potatoes are boiled in a uniform, poured cold water, cleaned and rubbed. We chop the green onions to thin rings. From the cheese with a grater we make shavings. We combine mustard, sour cream and salt in the bowl. With the resulting sauce we will lubricate each layer of lettuce.

We begin the assembly. Lay out a layer of half a potato. Then chicken, mushrooms, green onions, not forgetting about the layer of sour-mustard sauce. We lay out the second part of the potato. We cover with cheese shavings, we decorate with leaves of parsley and half of grapes.

Salad "Sunflower" with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

Boil the eggs, chill and divide them. Three separately on grater squirrels and yolks. Smoked chicken and marinated mushrooms are crushed with thin slices. We make shavings of cheese.

We spread on the dish slices from the chicken, grease them with mayonnaise. Then sprinkle the chicken with pickled mushrooms. Again mayonnaise. The third is egg whites, followed by cheese chips. Finish the assembly of the layers with yolks.

Cut the olives into halves and spread them over the surface of the salad. At the edges we make sunflower petals from chips. Salad ready!
