Dip each piece in the egg, roll in turns in flour and bread crumbs. It is better to do this 2 times, then get really crisp nuggets. We lay out on a heated frying pan, fry 1-2 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

How to make chicken nuggets? Chop the chicken fillet pieces 3-4 cm across the fibers. Nuggets will be more juicy, if the meat is slightly marinated. We beat the egg with milk. We rub the cheese and mix it in a separate bowl with flour, paprika, oregano and mustard. We drop the pieces of chicken first in the egg-milk mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs (flour, cheese, etc.). We put it on the tray and put it on the freezer for 10 minutes. Once the crust hardens, repeat the procedure - egg plus milk, then breadcrumb. We set to freeze for another 5 minutes. Now in the process of cooking, the crust does not fall off. We heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry until golden.
