Finely shred the onions into cubes and wess it until soft in a frying pan with 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil and, after a little cooling, we put it into a container with chicken liver. In the bowl we pour flakes, add sour cream, mayonnaise and mix, and after a couple of minutes we introduce everything into the total mass. Here, drive in fresh eggs, add salt to taste, mix and forget about ten minutes. If the stuffing turned dense, then we straighten the cutlets with our hands, and if a bit thin, then put minced meat in boiling oil with a spoon. Fry first 7-8 minutes on one side, and after the same time on the other.
