Salad of celery and chicken breast
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- a stalk of celery - 3 pieces;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- apple - 1 piece;
- walnuts - 0,5 items;
- curry powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- mayonnaise - 100 ml;
- sour cream - 100 ml.
Preparation
Chicken fillet washed, put into a frying pan, flooded with water and brought to a boil. Then cover with a lid, reduce the flame to the minimum level and stew the meat 20 minutes until ready, periodically turning over. Without losing time, we prepare vegetables: we peel the onion and shred small cubes, and chop the celery with a knife. The apple is processed from seeds and cut into cubes, and the finished chicken fillet is cooled and cut into fibers. After that, we spread it into a bowl, pour curry, put mayonnaise and sour cream. Thoroughly mix and remove for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Next, put the apple, onions and celery and throw walnuts or almonds. We mix everything thoroughly, fill the salad with mayonnaise as needed and serve it to the table, shifting it to salad leaves.
Salad with chicken, fresh mushrooms and celery
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 600 g;
- celery root - 240 g;
- fresh champignons - 160 g;
- pickled cucumber - 80 g;
- mayonnaise - 8 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 2 spoons;
- radish - 8 pieces;
- arugula - 2 bunches;
- salad leaves - 100 g;
- spice;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Champignons are processed, cut in half and shredded in small slices. Chicken fillet is cooked until ready, cooled and milled into fibers. Celery is cleaned and cut into slices. Now fry mushrooms on vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, until ready. By this time shinkle the marinated cucumbers and clean the radish. We combine mustard with mayonnaise. Next, mix all the ingredients, except salad leaves and arugula. We dress the salad with a sauce, mix it, spread it on a plate, covered with greenery.
Salad with smoked chicken and celery
Ingredients:
- celery root - 1 piece;
- walnuts - 100 g;
- red bulb - 1 piece;
- smoked chicken breast - 200 g;
- celery leaves.
For refueling:
- natural yogurt - 250 ml;
- granular mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sauce teriyaki - 2 tbsp. spoons.

To prepare a salad with chicken, clean the celery root and cut it with a very thin straw. We cut large walnuts with a knife, and we process the red onion and shred the semicircles. Smoked chicken fillet we cut across the fibers in thin slices. Celery greens are thoroughly rinsed and simply caught in hands. All the ingredients for refueling are combined in a small bowl and whisked lightly. We put into the bowl nuts, celery, chicken, onions, season with sauce and mix thoroughly.

Ingredients:
- canned pineapple - 1 can;
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- stalk of celery - 4 pcs.

To prepare a salad, prepare all the ingredients first. With canned pineapple pour carefully juice and cut the circles into 6 parts. Chicken fillet boil until cooked, cooled and shredded cubes. Stem celery thoroughly washed, dried and chopped with a knife. Now we connect pineapples, chicken meat and celery in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix.
