- fillets of fresh turkey - 1,5 kg;
- onion - 110 g;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- Dried basil - 2 tsp.
- water - 0.5;
- salt sea - 1,5 tsp.
- ground pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Before pickling the turkey fillet, the meat is washed, soaked for 1 hour in cold water, and then transferred to a wide bowl. Add the onion, peeled and chopped half-rings, season with ground pepper, salt and dried basil. All gently mix hands. Lemon cut in half and squeezed out both parts of the juice into a saucepan. Leave the meat for 2 hours, and then pour in half a cup of water, top it with a saucer and crush it. Close the pan with a lid and leave to marinate for 8 hours.
How to marinate a turkey for baking in the oven?
Ingredients:
- turkey - 3 kg;
- water filtered - 5 l;
- honey - at will;
- salt sea - 115 g;
- cumin, cloves, cinnamon - to taste;
- onion - 110 g;
- black ground pepper - 10 g;
- sugar - 125 g;
- garlic - 4 teeth;
- orange - 1 piece;
- the root of ginger - to taste;
- fresh greens - 50 g.
Preparation
In a large saucepan pour a liter of cold water, drop the sea salt and mix it for several minutes until it completely dissolves. Next, put the ground pepper, sugar and mix again thoroughly. We break the stick of cinnamon, add it to the marinade and throw the cumin with cloves. We clean the bulbs, cut each into 4 parts, and mince the garlic with a knife. The root of the ginger is washed from the dirt and shred on a large grater. Orange together with the zest is cut into large slices and we spread all the prepared ingredients in a saucepan. Lastly, throw the finely chopped greens. To taste, we add a little flower honey to the marinade. Now pour all the remaining water into the container and mix thoroughly. Before you can marinate the turkey, the carcass is washed and soaked for 1 hour in cold water. After that, rinse it again inside and out and gently cut off the neck. We spread the bird into the prepared mixture and pay attention to the fact that the entire carcass was completely covered with marinade. We remove the pan for 3 days in the refrigerator, and before baking we take out the bird, rinse it in cold water and carefully dry it by dabbing with a paper towel.
How to marinate turkey?
Ingredients:
- shin of fresh turkey - 3 pcs .;
- white dry wine - 1 bottle;
- basil - to taste;
- bulb - 100 g;
- spices - to taste.
Preparation
Bulbs are cleaned, finely shredded and thrown into a bowl. Add chopped fresh basil, spices to taste, mix and pour the greens into a saucepan with meat. Then we pour the shanks with white dry wine, mix and marinate for 3 hours, after removing it into the refrigerator. After that, fry the bird in a frying pan or put it in a bag and bake until a ruddy brown in the oven.
How to marinate a turkey for frying?
Ingredients:

- olive oil - 50 ml;
- mustard home - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon juice - 55 ml;
- soy natural sauce - 55 ml;
- spice;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
Mix olive oil with mustard for marinade, add lemon juice, soy sauce and throw spices. Thoroughly mix everything and cover the turkey on the outside and inside with the prepared sauce. Next, we send the meat to the fridge and leave it for 3 hours to marinate.
