The drug has a lot of generics. So, for example, the analogue of Romavicin 3 million IU is Spiromisar and Spiromycin. In addition, such drugs as Speramycin-vero, Speramycin adipate and Speramycin base are on the market. In fact, they are the same medicines, only they contain some additional substances, and they are produced by other manufacturers. Depending on the company, the price also changes.
Precautionary measures
If you suspect an overdose, you need to stop taking the drug. Symptomatic therapy is also recommended, since the medicine does not quickly exit the body. At the moment there is no specific antidote, which can act instantly.

The drug does not recommend taking breastfeeding women - yet penetrating it into milk is highly undesirable.
