The first step is to prepare the gas station. To do this, evaporate the orange juice in a saucepan with a thick bottom, to reduce its amount by one third of the original volume, add salt, sugar and let it cool. Then carefully mix the remaining juice with olive oil.

Peeled shrimp fried with chopped clove of garlic in olive oil for no more than a minute, put in a plate, pour one third of the filling, mix and let us brew for ten minutes. We boil quail eggs.

Oranges are cleaned, remove all the film and cut the flesh into small pieces, and the cucumber with petals using vegetable peeler.

In a large bowl, mix oranges, cucumber, shrimp, rukkola and orange dressing with freshly ground pepper and gently mix.
