Meatballs came to us on the table from the Turkic cuisine. By the way they are cooked, they look like cutlets known to everyone. For meatballs, grind and fry onions. We combine onions, minced meat, boiled rice, egg, cheese, chili sauce, paprika and salt. Well we mix.

The dough is rolled into small flat cakes of a size slightly larger than the molds. We put the dough into baking molds. Top with a serving of minced meat. We attach the edges of the dough and put it in a hot oven (about 200 degrees) for 15 minutes.

For those who follow a diet, curative or slimming, it is better not to fry meatballs, but to cook until half-cooked for a couple, and then stew in gravy.

Chicken meatballs with cheese and creamy mushroom sauce

We combine chicken mince with mashed potatoes, egg and chopped onions. Add salt, pepper and squeeze garlic. Thoroughly beat the mass. We cut the cheese into cubes.

With a tablespoon we take a piece of minced meat and form a cake from it. In the middle of a flat cake we will stir up a piece of cheese. Fold the cake and roll it into the ball. Thus, we make meatballs from the whole stuffing.

In vegetable oil, fry each meatball from two sides, until it is a tasty crust, and add it to a saucepan that has a thick bottom.

Prepare gravy. To do this, grind the mushrooms and pass them on vegetable oil, along with finely chopped onions. When mushrooms and onions are fried, add flour and continue to fry on. After 3-4 minutes, pour in cream, salt and pepper sauce. We simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes and pour it to the meatballs. Again, stew until cooked. For garnish, we cook rice or spaghetti.
