Cabbage juice relieves swelling, and honey softens muscles and they do not overexert themselves in sleep, and thanks to this work stably.
  2. "Physical education" for the muscles of the pharynx. This remedy against snoring is also quite effective: it is said that it can relieve a person of this problem a month after daily training. Simplicity of the exercise allows you to perform it all: you only need to pronounce the letter "and" every 30 days in a row. Another good exercise for strengthening the muscles of the pharynx is to pull up the base of the tongue 15-20 times a day.
  3. Sea buckthorn oil. Another effective remedy for snoring, which is used at home, is the instillation of sea buckthorn oil into each nostril (2 drops each) daily. The fact is that this oil not only has an astringent property, but it also excellently relaxes the muscles, and also clears the passages in the nasopharynx, and thanks to this it saves from snoring after 2 weeks.
