Bake in the oven for about 15-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° -200 ° C.

Such pretzels can be prepared from puff pastry, bought in a store or cooked independently.

Mix in a little warmed-up water (or milk, or beer), sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir until completely dissolved. Gradually add the sifted flour. Thoroughly knead the dough and leave to stand in a warm place for 20-40 minutes, after which we mix again.

We divide the dough into pieces, from each piece we form the sausage not thicker than the pencil and we fold the pretzels.

We divorce in a glass of water 1 tablespoon of baking soda and with the help of a brush apply a solution of soda to the pretzel. Or you can immerse the pretzels for a moment into the solution completely with the help of a noise. We leave the pretzels prepared in this way 20 minutes to go, and then move them to the baking sheet, laid with oiled baking paper (well, or without paper). Lubricate the surface of the pretzels with egg whites and sprinkle with large salt.

Bake at a temperature of about 180-200 ° C for about 15-25 minutes (controlled visually by color). The pretzels should turn out to be brilliant (in the literal sense of the word). Under the beer "fly away" on the first day (so with caution). If pretzels have not eaten at once - will dry up, but it does not matter - so they are also good.
