Potatoes with meat broth and mushrooms in pots
Ingredients:

Preparation

Examine for about 5 minutes with a lid on top. Now take the pots, put a little vegetable roasting, a spoonful of sour cream and potatoes. Again, with sour cream, spread the remaining onions with mushrooms, sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Now pour the meat broth, cover with lids and put the potatoes in the pots in the oven for 45 minutes.
Potatoes with stuffing in pots
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 10 pcs .;
- onion - 1 piece;
- minced meat - 300 g;
- sour cream - 8 tbsp. spoons;
- spice;
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Minced pre-defrost, and potatoes and onions are cleaned and cut into cubes. In the frying pan, pour the vegetable oil, warm it and brown until half-ready onion. After we add the potatoes, add salt and fry, stirring. We spread out the contents of the pots and pour in a few spoonfuls of water. In the same pan fry minced meat and evenly distribute it to pots, seasoning with spices. Pour on top sour cream and send for 40 minutes in the oven, covering the pots with lids.
A potato recipe in pots
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 10 pcs .;
- pork - 4 slices;
- sour cream - 1 item;
- water - 0.5;
- butter - 50 g;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- white mustard in beans - to taste;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- spice;
- vegetable oil;
- fresh greens.
Preparation
The meat is washed, processed, cut into strips and fried until the ruddy condition in the oil, and then shifted to a plate. - garlic - 3 cloves;
- fresh dill - to taste.
