How to properly breastfeed a newborn?

First, before feeding, you need to get comfortable, both to mom and to baby. Feeding should bring pleasure to both, this is the moment when you are as close as possible to the most precious little man. When you intend to feed the baby, no one, except you, should be in the room. Create a cozy atmosphere - mute the light, curtain the window, turn on the quiet pacifying music.

Secondly, immediately after childbirth, as well as with the growth of the baby, change postures during breastfeeding, looking for the most suitable for both of you.

Thirdly, changing the posture during feeding is sometimes just necessary, for example, when milk is stagnant or the nipple is damaged.
