The collections of medicinal herbs differ in their direction and action. Some of them should be used as an aid to reduce, and some should be avoided.

  1. Diuretics of herbs . There is an opinion that ostensibly excess fluid accumulates almost in every organism, and this causes excess weight. Moreover, it is believed that it is possible to drink diuretics uncontrolled, if desired. In fact, it is not as safe as it seems.   3. Collecting herbs to reduce appetite . In such collections, most often include angelica, flax seeds, althaea root, spirulina algae and other components. Of all the options, this is the most permissible to use, but not in a constant mode, but only sometimes. Disorders of appetite lead to health problems, and joking with this, too, is not worth it.
  4. Collection of herbs for cleansing the body . Most often, such charges are aimed at improving metabolism and include turmeric, rosemary, ginger, eleutherococcus, magnolia vine and other herbs. When the metabolism works excellently, the slags do not stay in the body, all organs function correctly, and excess weight goes much faster. It is best to use such fees half an hour before meals on half a glass.

If you decide to drink a vitamin harvest from herbs, do not forget and monitor the diet. Do not buy cookies and sweets, replace them with ordinary jellies, choose light side dishes for meat - and weight will go from the dead end!
