The mastery of the skills of oral business speech requires a desire and time. Desire is usually caused by the need: a change of work or the ability to change jobs.
Business talk or conversation is used for communication between official representatives, officials, scientists and representatives of institutions. It is distinguished by complex speech structures and turns, high information content and accuracy, availability of professional terms.
The business and scientific-business style of speech does not allow the use of lexical constructions aimed at obtaining an expressive effect. Words should have a neutral color, without a hint of emotion and attitude.

The choice of words and the type of proposals depends on which genre of oral business speech is taken as a basis. There are such genres:
