Espresso varieties are:

  1. Ristretto - the principle of cooking does not differ from the preparation of classical espresso, but the difference is that this coffee is stronger. At the same volume of coffee, water is less, that is, 7 grams of coffee is only 15-20 ml of water.
  2. Lungo - when preparing this espresso for the same 7 g of coffee water goes 2 times more, that is up to 60 ml.
  3. Doppio is just a double espresso. That is, 14 g of coffee is 60 ml of water.
