Non-carbohydrate foods are very popular among athletes, because a couple of days ketogenic (carbohydrate) diet clearly burns a layer of fat.

This diet involves a non-carbohydrate discharge, and then, when the body is already changing its metabolism, carbohydrate loading. This provides not only the effect of fat loss, but also increases strength and endurance .

In nature, very few foods containing 0% carbohydrates, or 0% fat. Therefore, carbohydrate products are considered to be non-carbohydrate, in which the smallest proportion is proportional to carbohydrates.

You can not use "pseudo" protein products, such as curd mass, yogurt with fruit fillers. They are even very "carbohydrate," because in the curd mass add a lot of sugar and starch, and in yoghurts - fruit fillers.
