If desired, the recipe for the classic "Mimosa" can be changed by preparing a dish without potatoes, carrots or any other unwanted ingredients.

We start with the preparation of all the ingredients for the salad. Carrots and potato tubers are boiled in uniforms, completely cooled and rubbed on a grater. The usual white onions are cleaned from external films and also grinded. If desired, a fresh onion can be saved, but to create a texture difference between layers and save time, you can simply fill it with steep boiling water and leave the minutes for 10-12. Eggs are hard boiled and we crush the whites and yolks separately.

We remove the oil from the fish pieces, remove the bones, and crush the pulp with a fork. Let's start laying the layers of lettuce. At the bottom of the salad bowl or any other selected form, put the fish and grease it with mayonnaise. Next, we distribute the proteins, followed by carrots, onions and potatoes, and the egg yolk is crowned. At the same time, between each layer of lettuce surely grease mayonnaise. "Mimosa" according to the classic recipe is decorated with greenery and fresh vegetables.

Rice grains are washed to clean water and boiled until ready, not forgetting to add water. Boiled rice should not be stuck together, so, if necessary, after cooking it can be washed again, and then left to cool. Simultaneously with rice, cook and carrots in a uniform. Peeled carrots rubbed on a grater. By analogy, we do the same with onions, but after rubbing, we fill it with boiling water.

We merge with the tuna all the liquid, mash the flesh with a fork and mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise. Eggs boil hard boiled, divided into proteins and yolks, and rub them separately from each other.

Begin by laying the salad in a bowl: rice, egg white, fish, onions, carrots and yolks, each layer is blotted with mayonnaise.

using a fork. Eggs are hard-boiled, we separate proteins from yolks and also finely rub. By analogy, we do the same with hard cheese, of course, we do not need to cook it, but we just need to grate it finely. We combine sour cream with mayonnaise and use the resulting mixture to refuel the dish.

Let's start laying out the layers. At the bottom of the salad bowl we distribute half of the potatoes and water it with a portion of our mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Next, lay the layers of fish and eggs (squirrels), the remaining potatoes and cheese. We finish the salad with a layer of the remaining sauce, decorate with a sprig of parsley and sprinkle with grated yolk.
