Menu of the one-year-old child

The child turned a year and, probably, the questions have already come to mind: what to feed your baby; how many times a day; what is useful, and what is not? We suggest you get acquainted with our sample menu for a one-year-old child for a week to find answers to these questions for yourself.

Menu for the day for a one-year-old child

On the day the child should have 4-5 meals. The intervals between them are usually 3.5-4 hours. Try not to give the child a snack between them, so he will kill himself all the appetite. Of course, this rule does not apply to drinking - wants to drink, let him drink. Approximate volume of food should be 1000-1300 ml per day, this amount is divided by the number of meals and get the volume that the child should eat at a time. But do not forget that even in adults there are days when there is no appetite, kids too are prone to this condition. So do not feed by force! He does not want to now, he will make up for the next meal.

This is how the weekly menu for a one-year-old child looks, of course, that you do not need to try to copy it completely. Someone from babies suffers from an allergy to milk, someone to eggs, and some do not even have berries - all individually. We have provided for you just a sample, and then already adjust. We hope that we were able to tell you how you can diversify the menu of your one-year-old child, and you do not have to break your head over it anymore.
