Marinade for duck with honey
Ingredients:
- lemon - 1 piece;
- soy sauce - 80 ml;
- honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- mustard with horseradish - 2 tsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- spices for duck - 1 teaspoon;
- seasoning curry - 1 teaspoon;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
We prepare marinade in any, only not enameled, utensils. First, we clean the lemon, squeeze out the juice from it, pour in the soy sauce and mix it. Then put the honey and put the dishes in a water bath. Stirring, bring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency, add the mustard and mix. Now put the saucepan with the marinade on a small fire and lightly warm it up. Squeeze the cleaned garlic through the kitchen press, pour it out onto the brewing marinade, bring it to a boil, but do not boil it.
As soon as the mixture starts to bubble, add crushed curry, spices for roast duck, ground black pepper and quickly mix the mass. Classic marinade for duck
Ingredients:
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- red ground pepper - 2 tsp;
- salt - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
