Clafuti with raspberries
Ingredients:
- cinnamon ground - 2 g;
- fresh raspberries - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 5 ml;
- flour - 40 g;
- brown cane sugar - 10 g;
- sugar fine powder - 10 g;
- fat cream - 100 ml;
- egg chicken - 2 pcs.
Preparation
Eggs whisk thoroughly with a whisk, sprinkling gradually powdered sugar. Then pour in the cream and whisk everything until smooth. Next, pour out the flour and mix until a uniform consistency. Molds are lubricated with vegetable oil, we first spread raspberries, and then pour in a batter and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. This time, mix brown cane sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle with the resulting mixture ready molds with klafuti.
Klafuti with raspberries in the multivark
Ingredients:
- flour - 55 g;
- sugar - 75 g;
- Vanillin - to taste;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- cream - 200 ml;
- martini - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- raspberry fresh - 110 g;
- powdered sugar - for decoration;
- vegetable oil;
- fresh mint.
Preparation
Mix flour in the bowl, sugar and vanillin. Then add eggs and pour a little cream. We mix everything with a whisk until it is uniform and leave it for half an hour. After that, pour out the remaining cream, add martini and mix. We lubricate the cup of the multivark oil, lay out half the dough, then cover with a uniform layer of raspberries and gently distribute the remaining dough on top. Turn the device on, select the "Small amount" menu and the cooking time is 40 minutes. Ready klafuti cool a bit, take it out of the bowl and serve it warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar and adorned with leaves of fresh peppermint.
Raspberry Clafuti with Peaches
Ingredients:
- peaches - 4 pcs .;
- fresh malinka - 1 item;
- white wine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- egg chicken - 3 pieces;
- butter - 100 g;
- fatty cream - 0.5 table;
- vanilla - 1 teaspoon;
- flour - 150 g;
- starch - 1 teaspoon;
- sugar - 150 g.
Preparation
