How to cook focaccia? So, take a bowl, pour warm boiled water into it and pour out the dry yeast. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes. We sift the flour beforehand to the table and chop it with butter until the crumb is formed. Add a little salt and, without stopping to stir, gradually pour in the yeast water.
