How to cook lavash roll?

Lavash , pita, chapati, as it were called wheat cakes around the world, and they remain the same wheat cakes that are convenient to use as a casing for rolls from almost any ingredient. Bake rolls 10-12 minutes, then serve with spicy or any other sauce at will.

Lavash roll with chicken and mushrooms

With chicken skin, pour the meat with olive oil, sprinkle with dried oregano, grated garlic paste and sea salt. Sprinkle the meat with the juice of half a lemon and fry on the grill until ready. Divide the meat into pieces.

Champignons also cut into thick plates, put on the grill and let them drain all moisture. Prepare salad leaves, cut onions into rings, and gherkins - straw.
