Stewed cabbage with potatoes and chicken

We send pieces of chicken to the saucepan, stir and simmer for about 20 minutes. If necessary, stir, if necessary, pour a little water. When the meat is half ready, lay the sliced ​​small potatoes and chopped fresh cabbage. You can use sauerkraut for a season, but you must first rinse it thoroughly. Stew still for 20 minutes with the addition of spices. You can fill with a small amount of tomato paste. We put the food in plates, sprinkle with herbs and season with garlic.

Young stewed potatoes with chicken and cauliflower

Chicken fillet cut into small strips across the fibers, potatoes - quarters (put the slices in the water while the water), and leeks - in circles. Color cauliflower is disassembled into small cots (we also use stems, they contain a lot of useful substances, we will crush them with a knife).

In the saucepan, let's pass the leek and the chopped meat. Stew for half an hour, pouring water if necessary, then lay the potatoes and cauliflower. Stew until cooked. You can fill the dish with a slightly diluted tomato paste or juice. Crushed greens are added before serving.

In the composition of this dish you can also include young zucchini and sweet Bulgarian pepper (cut into small pieces and put together with cauliflower).
