Good fat cottage cheese we put in a metal sieve and wipe it. Next, we enter here the eggs separated from the shell, fine sugar and add the vanilla extract. Thoroughly mix and further triturate all the ingredients until homogeneity is obtained.

We completely wipe the frozen oil through a grater with the largest holes. Pour into the bowl of butter flour, mixed with baking powder, fine sugar and also add a delicious aroma of vanilla extract. Form the dough, which, with the mixing of the combined ingredients, is rubbed between the palms. From this test, we separate exactly half and scatter it across the bottom (without lumens) of oiled form. On it, evenly spread out a mass of tender cottage cheese, and in turn, we close it with the remaining friable dough. At a temperature of 195 degrees, bake our insanely delicious cheesecake in the oven, and after a long-awaited 40 minutes we take out and carefully move it to a beautiful flat dish.

Sugar sand is well rubbed with fresh eggs and a bag of vanillin. We move everything into a bowl with homemade cottage cheese and whisk into a creamy state with a blender. Cherries are separated from unnecessary bones, enveloped in semolina and mixed with a mass of cottage cheese.

In the melted margarine in the microwave, pour in the sugar, shake it and pour it all into a bowl of flour, carefully mixed with a baking powder. In the same way as in the first recipe, we mix a crumbly, loose dough. Just share it and put the first part in the bowl of a well oiled multivark. Cover it with a layer of whipped cottage cheese and fresh cherries, and then, close the cheesecake with the second part of the dough. Turn on the "Baking" mode, and on the timer, set the time to 55 minutes.
